We understand how important privacy is to you, and we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for learners of all ages. This Privacy Policy applies to Studyfact mobile application, our mobile application, and online services (collectively, our “Service”), which are all owned and operated by Studyfact Education. This Privacy Policy describes how Studyfact Education collects and uses the information you provide on our Service, and describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

Studyfact Education takes great care to protect the information you provide us. We do not rent or sell Personal Information that we collect from users with third parties.

Studyfact Education will disclose personal information when you post content which is visible to others on the Service, when you consent or instruct us to share your personal information with third parties, or when we have a legitimate business or legal need to share your information. We may also disclose anonymous or aggregate information that does not reasonably identify you as an individual.

3.2. Children’s Privacy:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 15. If we learn that we have personal information on a child below the age of 13, we will delete the information from our systems. Even for personal information of children of the age of 13 years and above, the personal information in collected only for the purpose of their educational requirement and service needs as provided by this Web Site.

3.3. Teacher:

Teachers submit their free ads Studyfact App by following the procedure on the site. You can post listings as you would like by categorizing the listings under subjects categories (arts, sports, science, for example) or by creating a subject.

The listing must not contain misinformation, unlawful or misleading information. Listings may contain the contact details of the teacher: address, phone, e-mail, web address...

Teachers are committed to being fully transparent about their training and their references. Studyfact App is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the teachers. It is the responsibility of the student to verify the information provided by the teacher on their listing.

The listing posting, Creating Announcements and dissemination are free.

Teacher Phone number will be displayed in the app to contact and communicate easily with students.

Teacher can turn off showing phone number from setting.

Studyfact Education are not responsible of Any misuse of visible phone number or mail id by Other user or any

Teacher's contact information is never sent to students except in the case where the teacher accepts a lesson request, thus indicating that they wish to send their contact information to the student to organize the first class.

4. Who are the recipients of the Information we collect from you and for which purposes?

4.1. When you use our services, some information about you is shared with the members of our communities, either on your public profile or during the request process (e.g. we give your telephone number to the members with whom you will have a lesson with).

4.2. We may receive and send information about you, including your Personal Data, if you use any of the platforms we operate or from other Studyfact Education entities and affiliates, for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice.

If you register and provide Studyfact Education with Personal Information, you may update or correct information at any time by reviewing your profile information and preferences on your account settings page.

6. Third Parties and Online Advertising

Studyfact Education uses YouTube to display video content on the Service. YouTube incorporates tracking technologies, which may be present in the YouTube videos embedded on the Service, which may collect information from your browser when you view the video on the Service, including device identifiers and/or cookie IDs. This information is collected directly and automatically by YouTube and its partners, and Studyfact Education does not participate in these data transmissions. Studyfact Education does not provide any Personal Information, such as user names, to YouTube.

7. Targeted ads on social media platforms and our communications sent by e-mail and/or text messages

In accordance with applicable laws and where required with your consent, we may use the information you give us on our Platforms for electronic direct marketing purposes.

8. What are your rights in respect of your personal data?

8.1. You are entitled to receive a copy of your personal data that is in our possession (your right of data access).

8.2 You may request the deletion of personal data or the correction of inaccurate personal data (your right to erasure and rectification).   • To engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through Studyfact Education provided server as a mail drop for responses;
  • To falsify user information provided to Studyfact Education or to other users of the service in connection with use of Studyfact Education service.

Our Platforms may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy practices and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.
